Who
we are and What we do
Protech
Training Services Ltd, was established in June 1992,
and aims to provide a high quality, professional
yet flexible training solutions, encompassing Management
Development and IT, to their clients. This has
been achieved by working closely with those who
organise their staffs' training as well as the staff
themselves both prior to and after training courses.
Protech's
whole culture stems from the directors' belief in
the value and importance of training and learning.
We believe in the necessity to develop programmes
to individual delegate's requirements and have,
since Protech's inception, provided post course
feedback to training organisers on the success or
otherwise of the training event and the training
path needed for delegates to fulfil their job roles.
We
are striving towards a high quality training service
for our clients where they have all the benefits
of an in-house training department without the overheads.
Protech's
trainers are a mixture of employees and associates.
All trainers have been chosen for their personal
values and strengths in specific areas, eg in Management
and Personal Development - change (personal and
organisational, supervisory management, training
and coaching skills etc), as well as their experience,
qualifications, proven track record and their focus
on customer relationships. Protech is accredited
with
- The
ILM (Institute of Leadershiop and Management). To deliver
the Team Leading and First Line Management qualifications
- OCR
as an NVQ and Key Skills Centre, offering NVQs
in Management, Learning & Development, Business
Administration, Customer Care and IT.
- Protech
was initially recognised as an Investor in People
in February 1999 and was successfully re-recognised
in November 2001, and again in November 2004.
